What is the Kitchen and Closet Promotion?
Customers who confirm their Floor It kitchen or closet order between 25 June and 30 September 2026 will receive entries for a chance to win one of three prizes.
What prizes can be won?

How do I qualify?
You must confirm your kitchen or closet order during the promotional period. An order is considered confirmed once you have paid the required deposit and signed an agreement for the product.
How many entries will I receive?
The number of entries depends on when your order is confirmed:

Confirmed between 25 June and 31 July: 3 entries

Confirmed between 1 and 31 August: 2 entries

Confirmed between 1 and 30 September: 1 entry
The earlier your order is confirmed, the more entries you will receive.
Do I have to complete a separate entry form?
No. Once your order meets the confirmation requirements, Floor It will record the applicable entry or entries using the contact information provided with your order.
Can an existing quotation qualify?
An existing quotation may qualify if the order is formally confirmed during the promotional period and meets all eligibility requirements. Please contact our team to verify your quotation’s eligibility.
When will the winners be selected?
Winners will be selected through a random draw during the first week of October. Details of the draw and the announcement of the winners will be published through Floor It’s official communication channels.
How will the winners be contacted?
Winners will be contacted using the telephone number, WhatsApp number or email address provided with their order. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate and up to date.

Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
This promotion is organised by Floor It, located at 159 New Garden Street, Queenstown, Georgetown, Guyana.
2. Promotional Period
The promotion begins on 25 June 2026 and ends on 30 September 2026. Orders confirmed before or after this period will not qualify.
3. Eligibility
The promotion is open to customers aged 20 years or older who confirm an eligible Floor It kitchen or closet order during the promotional period.
Employees of Floor It, their immediate family members, and persons directly involved in administering the promotion are not eligible to enter.
4. Qualifying Orders
To qualify, a kitchen or closet order must meet Floor It’s order confirmation requirements.
Floor It will verify all qualifying orders before entries are included in the draw.
5. Allocation of Entries
Eligible orders will receive entries based on the date on which the order is officially confirmed:

1–31 August 2026: two entries

1–30 September 2026: one entry
Entries cannot be transferred to another person or order.
6. Prizes
The prizes are:

7. Winner Selection
All eligible entries will be included in each prize draw.
After each draw, only the winning entry will be removed. Any other entries belonging to the same customer will remain eligible for the remaining draws.
Therefore, a customer with multiple entries may win more than one prize if a different entry is selected in more than one draw.
8. Winner Notification
Floor It will contact each winner using the information provided with their order. Winners must respond and confirm acceptance of their prize within ten calendar days of the first notification.
Floor It will make reasonable attempts to contact each winner by telephone, WhatsApp or email. If a winner does not respond within ten calendar days, the relevant prize may be forfeited and another winning entry selected.
Once accepted, the prize must be collected or arrangements finalised within fifteen calendar days, unless otherwise agreed in writing with Floor It.
9. Order Cancellation
If a qualifying order is cancelled, refunded or no longer meets the confirmation requirements before the draw, the associated entries may be removed from the promotion.
10. Accuracy of Information
Entrants are responsible for providing accurate and current contact information. Floor It will not be responsible for any inability to contact a winner due to incorrect or outdated information being provided.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
